Saharanpur. Various activities were organized on the occasion of Sri Krishna Janmashtami festival in the premises of Maples Academy, Deoband. In which the little children of KG wing came to school dressed as Krishna and Radha and were made to do various activities. In which all the children presented charming cultural programs. An inter-house short play was organized among the students of class 3 to 5. In which events related to Sri Krishna were depicted. Students of class 6 to 11 presented their views on various forms of Sri Krishna's life. All the students imbibed Sri Krishna Leela while introducing their talents. Meanwhile, various competitions were also organized by the students in flute, matki, crown decoration and mosaic art. In which all the students participated enthusiastically. The Principal of the school Dr. Chitra Joshi congratulated everyone on the occasion of Shri Krishna Janmotsav and said that festivals bring happiness in our lives and keep us connected to our culture. We should celebrate them with great enthusiasm. She appreciated the enthusiastic participation of the students and encouraged them. On this occasion, Neelam Singhal, Vishwas Tyagi, Meenu Singhal, Lavi Tyagi, Sarika Goyal, Payal Mittal, Arsala Naaz, Preeti Kohli, Pravesh Tyagi and the entire staff of the school were present.
