Saharanpur, Election Commission: On 9th and 10th March, the work of addition of votes - amendment and deletion of names in the list is being done by BLOs at all the polling stations. Today Samajwadi Party's Saharanpur city assembly in-charge and councilor Abhishek Tinku Arora along with Metropolitan President Haji Nawab Ansari and Assembly Speaker Kashif Alvi inspected the polling stations of Saharanpur city and took information from the concerned BLO. During this, city assembly in-charge Tinku Arora said that our priority is that no voter should be left out from casting his vote. Most of the problems that arise while casting votes are that due to mistake in the name of the voter, many times the voters are deprived of voting. Every voter, if there is any mistake in his name and address, should get it amended. Samajwadi Party Metropolitan President Nawab Ansari said that it is very important to work on the voter list before the elections. The public will also have to be aware to cast their vote. Saharanpur Assembly Speaker Kashif Alvi said that our priority is to verify the list transparently by all the BLOs sitting at each polling station and if any voter is missing, then fill his form and submit it to the election office to get his vote done.
