Tehsil level officers should hold peace committee meetings

Saharanpur. Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas was organized in Tehsil Behat under the chairmanship of District Magistrate Manish Bansal. DM Manish Bansal directed all the officers to ensure prompt resolution of the complaints received. He said that redressal of public complaints and problems is the top priority of the government.
In Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas, a total of 72 complaints were received, including 27 from the Revenue Department, 11 from the Electricity Department, 20 from the Police Department, 04 from the Development Department, 04 from the Supply Department, 01 from the Tubewell Department and 05 from the Water Corporation. Out of which 05 complaints were resolved on the spot. District Magistrate Manish Bansal directed the officers to show sensitivity towards complaint redressal and adopt a human approach to ensure timely and quality resolution of problems. He heard the complaints of the people who came and directed the concerned officers to get them resolved quickly. He instructed all district level officers to ensure quality redressal of problems within the time limit given as per the government's intention. He also said that along with redressal, the beneficiary should also get satisfaction. He said that in view of the festivals, all tehsil level officers should hold peace committee meetings. Senior Superintendent of Police Rohit Singh Sajwan said that police officers should ensure quality and timely redressal of problems of the common man.
On this occasion DFO Shubham Singh, DFO Shweta Sain, Chief Medical Officer Dr Praveen Kumar, PDDRDA Pranay Krishna, Sub-District Magistrate Manvendra Singh, Tehsildar and senior officers of concerned departments were present.
