Saharanpur, As per the instructions of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, under the Swachhata Hi Seva Abhiyan, a Safai Mitra Awareness Camp was organized at the Central Paper and Research Institute (CPPRI), Saharanpur with the cooperation of the Chief Development Officer's Office. In the program, District Sanitation Advisor, Swachh Bharat Mission Gramin Devbhaskar Pandey gave information to the Safai Mitras of the institute about various public welfare schemes being run by the Government of India and the Government of Uttar Pradesh. In the program, the Safai Mitras and scientists of the institute were administered the oath of cleanliness. This program was organized under the supervision of Dr. Nitin Andley, Senior Environmental Scientist and Swachhata Abhiyan Nodal Officer of CPPRI. Satyadev Negi, Mohammad Salim, Amitabh Tripathi, Ajay Kumar helped in organizing the program. Other senior scientists present in the programme were Dr. Ashwani Dixit, Ms. Dr. Preeti S Lal, Ms. Anuradha V Janbade, Dr. Sanjay Tyagi and Ms. Banerjee Shome.
