Saharanpur, Yes, new life is not obtained only after death, it is also obtained after doing Mrita Asana. Geeta says that the birth of the one who dies and the death of the one who is born is certain and after death the soul takes a new body in the same way as we take off the worn out clothes and wear new clothes. But this is the truth of yoga that the practice of Shava Asana gives a new life to a person and that too full of enthusiasm and positivity! This is the statement of the country's first Padma Shri awarded Yogi Guru Bharat Bhushan who was addressing the ongoing Yoga and Use Workshop for Sadhaks and students of Nation Builders Academy at Mokshayatan Yoga Institute located in Beribagh. He told that half an hour of Shava Asana gives rest equal to 3 hours of sleep and 20 minutes of intense meditation gives rest equal to 5 hours of sleep! That is, by doing breathing exercises daily, apart from its other benefits, we can increase our working hours by 3 hours and by meditating by 5 hours daily, so that 24 hours of the day become 29 hours. Today, everyone was stunned to see small children in deep corpse pose! The corpse pose was so deep that even the noise outside had no effect on them. On this, the Yoga Guru said that the practice has such a deep effect only because of the children and sadhaks' lives that are free from lies, deceit and pretense, whereas for the common people, their mentality has to be made in accordance with the practice by giving them separate training of Yama and Niyama. The Yoga Guru said that the time spent for yoga practice is such an investment that we get it back manifold and along with it, positive energy, enthusiasm and beauty are added as a bonus. Through this special camp, he appealed to become infectious sadhaks and said that through their conduct, attitude, quality and smiling service, they will have to set an example by becoming a source of inspiration for many others. He said that instead of being satisfied by doing a good job once, we should set new goals for the future. He said, citing the example of the uninterrupted flow of the Ganges, that continuity is the nature of the soul and the Yogi. He also inspired the seekers associated with the Bharat Yoga Abhiyan of Mokshayatan Yoga Sansthan to work with more enthusiasm to achieve the next goal. So that the dependence on medicines is reduced, the darkness of ignorance is dispelled and the society is not divided. He said that Yoga is an established path for the health of body and mind and co-existence, which has been adopted by the whole world today. Yogi Bharat Bhushan also made the school children practice meditation and told that meditation is the highest state of laughter in which there is no noise of laughter but every pore of our body becomes thrilled. Senior Yogacharya Dr. Ashok Gupta, Anita Sharma, Seema Gupta, Vijay Sukhija, Pradeep Kamboj, trainer Yash Rana, Yogasana Sports Association President Nandkishore Sharma etc. were also present in the workshop.
