Saharanpur, ADJ Room No. 9 found Umaid, son of Sakur, guilty in a six-year-old child theft case and sentenced him to five years imprisonment and also imposed a financial penalty of Rs 3,000.
According to the government lawyer, on July 27, 2018, Umaid son of Sakur resident of village Sarurpur Kalan, Baghpat, Mohit son of Veerpal Gurjar resident of village Nangli police station Daurala, Riyasat son of Yusuf resident of village Khanpur Gangoh, Sushil son of Mahendra, Kirandas son of Shan Singh, Sunita wife of Surendra resident of Bazar. Mod Ganj Saharanpur, Raghuveer son of Barumal, Joni son of Rajesh were caught by the rural police while planning to steal a child. Of these, the court found Umida's son Sakur guilty and sentenced him to five years of rigorous imprisonment.
