Saharanpur. Group yoga practice was done with women power in Mankeshwar Mahadev temple in Chhutmalpur in the series of yoga camps under the 100 days yoga series before Yoga Day by Mokshayatan Yoga Institute, which is one of the leading yoga institutes of the country by the Government of India. The camp was started with the sound of conch. Light was thrown on the nature and importance of religion in yoga sanskar, education and human life. The participants of the camp were very happy when they were inspired to adopt the spiritual form of yoga in life and the importance of the first characteristic of religion, patience, in preventing the disintegration of families was explained. Sadhika Yogacharya Anita Sharma of the institute said that the institute is running a campaign of physical, mental, spiritual, consciousness awakening through yoga at different places every day. The people present in the camp also took a pledge to adopt satvik diet and cultured life. Yoga instructor Mala Sharma told that this campaign of oath of five resolutions of Yoga Sanskar Bhiksha Abhiyan, being run on the inspiration of Gurudev Swami Bharat Bhushan, will continue continuously. She highlighted the importance of subtle exercises to prevent vata related diseases and that how we can avoid unbearable pain with simple practice. In the camp, former head Manju Sharma made the pledge of doing yoga daily. Manju Sharma, former head, Babita Dhiman, Babita Kamboj, Anju, Sarika, Kamala, Aradhya, Poonam, Trisha, Urmila, Sushma, Aanchal, Rachna, Priyanka, Suman, etc were present in the camp.
