Ground breaking ceremony covered 129 units with investment of over Rs 3366 crore in the district

Saharanpur, 129 units with an investment of over Rs 3366 crore were commissioned in the ground breaking ceremony in the district. These include alternative energy, poultry farms, food processing units, wood handicraft units etc. The investors were honored by presenting mementos. In a program organized in an auditorium located on GPO Road, MLA Rajeev Gumber said that today Uttar Pradesh, along with becoming a state of excellence, is also becoming an enterprise state. Due to better security environment, investors from India and abroad are investing in the state. Mayor Dr. Ajay Singh said that India will emerge as the third largest economy in the world in the coming years. Divisional Commissioner Dr. Hrishikesh Bhaskar Yashod said that today investments worth Rs 10 lakh crore are being implemented in the state for the development of the state. District Magistrate Dr. Dinesh Chandra said that for the investors who have signed MoUs to invest in the district, immediate action is being taken on priority basis regarding NOC, license and land use change section 80 of the concerned departments. In the program, tool kits were distributed to the beneficiaries of Vishwakarma Shram Samman Yojana and ODOP Scheme. During this, Additional Commissioner Administration Surendra Ram, Chief Development Officer Sumit Rajesh Mahajan, Superintendent of Police City Abhimanyu Manglik, Joint Commissioner Industries Anju Rani, Deputy Commissioner Industries VK Kaushal, District Information Officer Dilip Kumar Gupta, Entrepreneur KL Arora, Anoop Khanna, Anupam Gupta, Sir. Singh Pundir, Anuj Kumar Jain etc. were present.
