Jagdalpur, once building a permanent house was no less than a dream, but after my name was included in the list of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Rural), gradually hope was born and my permanent house was built. This is what Subari Bai, who lives in the remote Vanachal region of Lohandiguda, said, to whom the Chief Minister of the state Shri Vishnu Dev Sai handed over the keys of her house under the newly built Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Rural during the inauguration and Bhoomi Pujan organized at ST PG College Ground in Jagdalpur today. Subari Bai said that due to living in a permanent house for a long time, there was a concern about the roof leaking and water entering during every rainy season. Also, monkeys used to create a lot of ruckus in her permanent house. Due to it being a permanent house, there was also a danger of poisonous animals entering.

Subari Bai thanked the head of the state Shri Vishnudev Sai and said that now she is confident of the safety and comfort of her house. The administration helped her, due to which her house could be built. Now she will be free from the problems that she had to face every year during the rains. With this permanent house, her life will be simple and safe and she will not have to worry about the future of her children. She said that the housing scheme is an important initiative towards fulfilling the dream of a permanent house for poor people like us.
