Technical glitches in the VSK app will be resolved promptly
No teacher's salary will be deducted due to technical issues: Education Minister Gajendra Yadav
Bilaspur, School Education Minister Mr. Gajendra Yadav said that the state government has taken seriously the complaints received by teacher organizations and teachers regarding technical glitches and errors in the VSK app. He clarified that no teacher's salary will be deducted due to technical issues with the VSK app. Teachers need not worry. Mr. Yadav stated that the concerned officials and technical team have been instructed to promptly resolve all issues with the VSK app. The target is to resolve the technical glitches and make the app fully functional by August 15th, so that teachers can easily register their attendance online. Expressing gratitude to the state's teachers, the Education Minister said that out of the approximately 175,000 teachers in the state, approximately 150,000 teachers, approximately 85 percent, are registering their attendance online daily through the VSK app. This demonstrates that the state's teachers are adopting new technology and playing an active role in making the education system more transparent, accountable, and modern. He stated that the state's teachers are not only contributing significantly to teaching but also to the success of the digital system. The government respects their cooperation, discipline, and dedication. Based on teachers' suggestions and experiences, the VSK app will be made more simple, useful, and effective. Shri Gajendra Yadav stated that the state government is fully committed to the dignity, convenience, and interests of teachers. If any teacher faces difficulty in registering their attendance online due to technical reasons, their interests will be fully protected. No teacher will have to suffer the consequences of technical glitches. He appealed to all teachers to continue using the VSK app as before and, if they have any technical problems or suggestions, to bring them to the attention of the relevant authorities. The government will positively evaluate each suggestion and make necessary improvements to make the state's education system more effective and technologically capable.
