Saharanpur, Former MP Pradeep Chaudhary and former MLA of Nakur Mahipal Singh Majra appeared in court for violation of Model Code of Conduct. Former MP Pradeep Chaudhary got the warrants recalled in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Room No. III/Special Judge MP MLA Court Judge Priyanka Verma, while the former MLA has already taken bail. In 2007, during the assembly elections in Kotwali Nakur, a case of violation of Model Code of Conduct was registered against BJP's former Kairana MP Pradeep Chaudhary and former MLA of Nakur Mahipal Singh Majra. The court had issued non-bailable warrants against the former MLA for not appearing in court on the previous dates. Then, he appeared in the court and got bail, while former MP Pradeep Chaudhary has already taken bail. He has not appeared in court for the last few dates. On this, the court had issued warrants, which the former MP has recalled by appearing in the court through his advocate, while the former MLA appeared on the date. On behalf of the government, Special Public Prosecutor Gulab Singh is fighting the case in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate/Special Judge MP MLA Court Judge Priyanka Verma.
