Farmer's son got first rank at national level in TES

Saharanpur, Neeraj Sharma, son of farmer Ramdhan Sharma of village Mushkipur, Saharanpur, has brought glo/ry to the district by securing first rank at the national level in the Army Technical Entry Scheme examination. Apart from this, Neeraj has also secured 372nd rank in NDA. That means Neeraj Sharma has two chances simultaneously to become a lieutenant in the army. Neeraj studied till 12th from Sati Smarak Inter College, Lukadadi. He wanted to become an engineer, for which he gave JEE in 2023. On the basis of his rank in JEE and 12th result, Neeraj applied for the Army's Technical Entry Scheme exam. After this he got a call for the Technical Entry Scheme examination. Neeraj's examination was held on 31 January 2024 in Bhopal. The result of which has been released recently. The special thing is that Neeraj has secured first rank at the national level. Neeraj told that those who pass the Technical Entry Scheme examination will be given three years of engineering by the Army at the College of Military Engineering, Pune, while the fourth year of study will be done at IMA Dehradun. Salary starts from the fourth year and the first post of Lieutenant is given. Apart from this, he has also secured 372nd rank in NDA exam. In this also he will get Lieutenant. The call for both is likely to come in the end of June or first week of July, but he will choose NDA. Neeraj's father Ramdhan Sharma is a farmer, while mother Poonam Sharma is a housewife. Elder brother Amit Sharma is already in the army, who is posted in Jodhpur these days. Second brother Vinay Sharma is an advocate. Neeraj is the youngest in the house.
