Saharanpur, On the festival of Eid, people of Muslim community offered Eid prayers in various mosques of Saharanpur city and district. The Eid prayers started at around quarter to seven in the morning and continued till around 11 o'clock. This festival of Eid was celebrated with peace, harmony and brotherhood in the entire district. The markets were buzzing last night on the occasion of Eid and Muslim brothers and sisters did a lot of shopping. Unprecedented arrangements were made for prayers in Eidgahs and Jama Masjids in the city and the entire district. Special care was taken of cleanliness. After Namaz, people of Muslim community hugged each other and congratulated each other on Eid.
