Saharanpur, in the Amrit Kaal of Independence, as per the instructions of Divisional Commissioner Atal Kumar Rai, the birth anniversary of Constitution maker Bharat Ratna Dr. Bhimrao Rao Ambedkar was celebrated with great joy as a festival across the division and district. On the occasion of Dr. Bhimrao Rao Ambedkar's 134th birth anniversary, Additional Commissioner Administration Ramesh Yadav offered flowers of respect by garlanding his picture in the Divisional Commissioner's Office. In line with the instructions of District Magistrate Manish Bansal, the 134th birth anniversary of Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar was celebrated with great reverence and joy in all the district level government offices including the Collectorate, Vikas Bhawan, and all the tehsils, blocks and municipal bodies of the district. On this occasion, the entire staff of the institutions remembered Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar and pledged to follow the principles laid down by him in the future. Ramesh Yadav said that Baba Saheb dedicated his life for the upliftment of the exploited and deprived society. His ideal values ​​and high thoughts will always be an inspiration for everyone. He is not a person but a complete idea. The entire life of Dr. Ambedkar, the father of the Indian Constitution, who inspired many generations with his contribution in the field of law, education and social justice, was dedicated to justice. It is to be informed that in the Amrit Kaal of Independence, awareness programmes will be conducted in the form of a 15-day festival based on the tagline of 'Our Constitution, Our Self-Respect' from 14 April to 28 April on the birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar. After the prayer meeting in all the government and non-government primary, higher primary, secondary schools, colleges, universities, medical education, technical education, agricultural education and vocational education of the district including the Mandal, discussions will be organized regarding the provisions of the Constitution, the process of making the Constitution, fundamental rights, duties, directive elements of state policy and new amendments made in the Constitution etc. Debates and seminars and sports competitions will be organized in schools and colleges on the rights and duties of citizens and constitutional issues, especially in the light of social empowerment, women empowerment, challenges related to gender equality to be faced through the Constitution and in the light of major and new amendments made in the Constitution from time to time.
