Deoband (Saharanpur), After Mahant Yati Narsinghanand's comment on Mohammad Saheb, protests are being held across the country demanding his arrest. In view of this, District Magistrate Saharanpur Manish Bansal and Senior Superintendent of Police Saharanpur Rohit Singh Sajwan reached Darul Uloom, the main center of Islamic education. Where he met the officials here and called for appealing for maintaining mutual harmony across the country. After being posted in Saharanpur district, both the top officials reached Darul Uloom Deoband for the first time. On reaching Darul Uloom, the officials of the institution warmly welcomed the DM-SSP. DM Manish Bansal and SSP Rohit Singh Sajwan met Jamiat Ulama-e-Hind's President and Sadar Mudarris Maulana Arshad Madani, Naib Mohtamim Maulana Abdul Khaliq Madrasi and Majlis-e-Shura member Maulana Anwarul Rehman Bijnouri in the guest house of the institution. During this, they took information about the history of the institution, the education given here and the living conditions of the students. The responsible people told them that the institution and Deobandi Ulama had an important contribution in the freedom of the country. DM Manish Bansal and SSP Rohit Singh Sajwan called upon the Ulama to appeal to maintain mutual harmony and brotherhood across the country in view of the situation in the country. On this occasion, SDM Devband Ankur Verma, CO Devband Ravikant Parashar, Devband Kotwali in-charge Sanjeev Kumar, the organization's teacher Maulana Salman Bijnouri, Maulana Shahzad, Maulana Khijar Mohammad Kashmiri, social worker Maulana Farid Majahiri were present.
