Saharanpur, District Magistrate Manish Bansal heard the complaints of the people who came to the Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas organized in Tehsil Behat and directed the concerned officials to resolve them quickly. He said that a joint team of revenue and police should be formed to resolve land related disputes and action should be taken on time. He instructed all the district level officers to ensure quality resolution of problems within the time limit given for resolution of problems as per the intention of the government. DM Manish Bansal instructed that district level officers should be compulsorily present in the Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas. Along with this, ensure quality resolution of complaints by conducting public hearing in his office every day from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. He instructed the officials to show sensitivity towards complaint resolution and adopt a human approach and ensure quality resolution of problems in a timely manner. Strict action will be taken against those who are negligent in resolving complaints. DM Manish Bansal directed all the departments not to be negligent in providing the benefits of the schemes to the eligible. He said that the pension related files should not be kept pending unnecessarily. The problems of the elderly and the disabled should be resolved on priority.
Senior Police Officer Rohit Singh Sajwan said in the context of the disposal of complaints related to the police department that the complaints should be resolved with quality and timeliness. In the Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas, 59 complaints of Revenue Department, 13 of Police Department, 09 of Electricity Department, 05 of District Panchayati Raj Department, 07 of Water Corporation, 10 of Supply Department, 04 of Irrigation Department, 16 of Development Department, 02 of Education Department, 02 of Consolidation Department, 02 of Public Works Department, 02 of District Panchayat, 01 of Social Welfare, 02 of DRDA, 01 of LDM and 01 of DFO were received, a total of 136 complaints. On this occasion, Chief Development Officer Sumit Rajesh Mahajan, Sub-District Magistrate Behat Manvendra Singh, Tehsildar Behat Prakash Singh along with senior officers of the concerned departments were present.
