Saharanpur, District Magistrate Dr. Dinesh Chandra set an example of humanity in Fatehpur, Chhutmalpur under Tehsil Behat in view of the scorching heat and made arrangements to provide two coolers himself and coolers were made available to the old age home. Dr. Dinesh Chandra has been working for the welfare of the elderly by visiting old age homes from time to time. He has also distributed fruits, food items, blankets etc. in winters, and distributed various gifts among the elderly on special days and festivals and has been taking their blessings. Let us tell you that the elderly had requested for arrangements to be made in the old age home to protect them from the heat. On which two coolers have been immediately sent to the old age home. On this occasion, the elderly living in the old age home thanked District Magistrate Dr. Dinesh Chandra and gave him their blessings and wished him a bright future. District Magistrate Dr. Dinesh Chandra directed all district level officers to go among the elderly, handicapped and leprosy patients and provide them with continuous care and make proper arrangements and work for human welfare.
