Saharanpur, District Magistrate Saharanpur Manish Bansal hoisted the flag in the Collectorate premises on the occasion of 78th Independence Day. District Magistrate Manish Bansal congratulated all the residents of the district on Independence Day and said that after independence, there have been unprecedented changes in the country in various fields and periods. The country is moving on the path of continuous development. It is a day to remember the brave martyrs in the independence of the country. He said that every person must set the goal of his life and work hard according to the goal. The role of every person is important to bring better changes in the society. He said that thinking plays an important role in making strategies for innovation and better performance of every person. Better thinking not only makes a person progressive but also plays an important role in taking the nation to the peak of progress. Addressing all the officers and employees, DM Manish Bansal said that there is no age to learn. Keep your thinking independent and always be alert towards acquiring knowledge. Become a source of inspiration for others by doing the work of your desk with honesty and hard work. We can do what we can think. Whatever post you hold, you must help people according to that. Face challenges, do not try to avoid them. Set the goal of excellence for yourself in such a way that it also creates excellence for the country. Additional District Magistrate Administration Dr. Archana Dwivedi said that being a citizen of independent India is a matter of joy and pride for us. It is our responsibility to make the freedom we have inherited more prosperous by working together. Everyone should make their important contribution in making the country beautiful, clean and safe. Additional District Magistrate Finance and Revenue Rajneesh Kumar Mishra said that we became independent as a result of the sacrifice and martyrdom of freedom fighters and martyrs. Through independence, we got the opportunity to create our own future. All sections made their important contribution in independence according to their capacity. He said that India will become a developed nation only if we perform our duties, conduct and responsibilities with honesty. On this occasion, the District Magistrate flagged off two mobile eye service vehicles to improve health services. These vehicles will go door-to-door to check eye diseases and provide medical advice and medicines. He honoured the tehsil employees who performed well in discharging the assigned tasks by giving them certificates. He honoured the blind children who gave patriotic presentations in the programme. On the occasion of Independence Day, the flag was hoisted by Additional Commissioner Administration Surendra Ram in the Divisional Commissioner's office. Additional District Magistrate Judicial Ramesh Yadav, City Magistrate Gajendra Kumar, Deputy Collector Deepak Kumar, Surendra Kumar along with all the Collectorate employees and students of various schools were present in the flag hoisting programme in the Collectorate premises.
