Saharanpur, Divisional Commissioner Dr. Hrishikesh Bhaskar Yashod directed the District Magistrates of all the three districts of the division to ensure that the work is completed by 31 December 2024 by running a campaign to correct the undisputed errors and omissions in relation to the determination of share in the Khatauni. Dr. Hrishikesh Bhaskar Yashod directed that the action taken at the district level should be recorded on the monthly progress portal and the Honorable Revenue Council of Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow should be informed. He said that such disputed cases which are to be resolved by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate after hearing the interested parties under Section 38(2) of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code 2006, for the review of which a separate format will be developed on the website of the Honourable Revenue Council, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow. Which will be monitored and reviewed on fortnightly basis by the Honourable Revenue Council, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow, Divisional Commissioner and District Magistrate. It is to be informed that at present, along with converting all the revenue khatauni into real time khatauni, the work of share determination in the Gats of the remaining co-shared holders from Khatauni revision and share determination is in progress. The share determination in the Gats of those Khatared and co-shared holders in which the work of share determination has been done has erroneous share determination.
