At present, we are all associated with the special event of Prayagraj Mahakumbh, which is to conclude on the occasion of Mahashivratri on 26 February. Processions will be organized at many places, fairs etc. will be held. This special festival of joy and enthusiasm is a sensitive time in terms of law and order.
14th March is Friday. Therefore, we will have to be extra cautious. In the last 8 years, festivals of all religions and communities have been organized in the state in a peaceful and harmonious atmosphere. This sequence will have to be maintained in future as well.
The last bathing festival of Maha Kumbh will be on the day of Mahashivratri. A large number of devotees are expected to be present in Prayagraj. In such a situation, the action plan of traffic, route plan etc. of the bathing festival date should be implemented effectively. Vehicles should not stand on the road at all, movement should keep going on. Ensure that devotees have to walk as little as possible for bathing in the Sangam.
It should be ensured that devotees excited for bathing in the Sangam bath bathe in a safe area only. Do not let anyone go towards the fast current/depth of the river. Checkered plate/pontoon bridges should be tested once again. There should be no possibility of lapse at any level. ADG Zone and Divisional Commissioner Prayagraj should ensure better coordination between Maha Kumbh Mela Administration, Prayagraj Administration and the administration of neighboring districts.

Daily wage workers have a big role in making Maha Kumbh successful. In such a situation, the honorarium payment of all daily wage workers serving in Maha Kumbh should be done immediately. Do not keep it pending. If the outsourcing agency is delaying the payment, then talk to them and get the payment done. The honorarium payment of these workers should also be reviewed at the government level.

On the occasion of Mahashivratri, 15 to 25 lakh devotees are likely to arrive in Kashi for darshan-worship at Shri Kashi Vishwanath Dham in Varanasi. This will be an unprecedented situation. It is our responsibility to ensure the safety and convenience of every devotee. Any kind of negligence will not be accepted in this. The local administration should implement a concrete action plan in accordance with local requirements.

This time on the occasion of Mahashivratri, a procession of revered Akharas will also be taken out in Shri Kashi Vishwanath Dham. Communicate with the revered saints of the Akharas, the arrangement should be such that common devotees and Akharas, all can easily have darshan. Make a solid plan and implement it regarding the route of everyone's movement, traffic plan, movement of trains, crowd management.

On the occasion of Mahashivratri, many processions are taken out in Shri Ayodhya Dham. A large number of devotees will arrive at Nageshwarnath Dham and Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple. Similarly, a large number of devotees will also flock to Mahadeva in Barabanki for darshan and worship. Implement the action plan for crowd management. A large number of devotees will be present in Ghaziabad's Dudheshwarnath Temple, Aughadnath Temple Meerut, Pura Mahadev Temple, Baghpat as well as Shivalayas located in all the districts of the state. Devotees coming with Kanwad will also be in large numbers. Implement a better action plan for cleanliness of temples, lighting system, cleanliness on the roads leading to the temple, parking plan, traffic diversion. Also ensure police deployment.

All necessary facilities should be provided by the government/administration during festivals. Respect religious tradition/faith, but anarchy will not be accepted. Keep an eye on suspicious people. Do not allow any new event contrary to tradition.

Holika Dahan is to be held on 13th March, then the next day is Friday and Holi festival. This is a sensitive occasion from the point of view of law and order. Some mischievous elements can make malicious attempts to unnecessarily provoke people of other communities, keep an eye on such cases. Additional police force should be deployed by identifying sensitive areas. Police force must do foot patrolling. PRV 112 should be active. Be alert about social media.

Clean environment increases the joy of the festival. In such a situation, whether it is a village or an urban area, cleanliness should be done everywhere on the occasion of festivals. Special cleaning of the concerned route should be done before the traditional procession/procession.

There should be no garbage/dirt anywhere. Be extra cautious about the safety of women/daughters.

Quick action and communication helps in handling unpleasant incidents. In such a situation, on receiving information about any unpleasant incident, the District Magistrate/Police Captain should immediately reach the spot himself without any delay. Senior officers should take the lead in sensitive cases. Sector scheme implemented Do it.
