Saharanpur, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, who reached Saharanpur and Muzaffarnagar of Saharanpur division for the first time after the poor performance in the Lok Sabha elections, learned the problems from the BJP public representatives and party officials. He talked to each official and public representative and assured that the problems will be solved. An official told the Chief Minister that the police and administrative officers do not listen to him nor give him any importance. The Chief Minister was deeply saddened by the fact that despite serious efforts, the BJP had to face defeat in all three seats of Saharanpur, Kairana and Muzaffarnagar in this Lok Sabha election. He also tried to know the reasons for this in a cursory manner. However, the party has also reviewed the defeat in the past. In which factionalism in the party and lack of full support from the public representatives came out to be the major reason for the defeat. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath told the public representatives and organization officials of BJP in the auditorium of Saharanpur Police Line that in the Lok Sabha elections, the opposition parties had spread false propaganda against BJP regarding ending reservation and changing the constitution, due to which people got confused and voted against BJP and BJP's seats fell to half. In the meeting with Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Thakur Ajit Singh, President of Bhumi Vikas Bank Nanauta, said that Bhumi Vikas Bank gives loan to farmers at the rate of 11.5 percent per annum, whereas the cooperative bank provides loan to farmers at the rate of only three percent per annum. The interest rate of nationalized banks is also very low. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that the government will consider this. Former MP of Kairana Pradeep Chaudhary, former MP of Saharanpur Raghav Lakhanpal Sharma, city MLA Rajiv Gumbar, District President of District Cooperative Bank Chaudhary Rajpal Singh, District Panchayat President Mangeram Chaudhary etc. also put forth their problems. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath introduced himself to each person present in the meeting and got to know their problems. He asked the minister in charge of Saharanpur, the state's Higher Education Minister Yogendra Upadhyay, who was present in the meeting, to stay in Saharanpur as much as possible and work to create coordination between the public representatives and officials here. The Chief Minister's Principal Secretary Sanjay Prasad, who was present in the meeting, noted the problems. After this, the Chief Minister reached the Circuit House. Where he spent about an hour inquiring about the law and order of the district, the steps taken to control crime and reviewed the development works. In the meeting, Commissioner Dr. Hrishikesh Bhaskar Yashod, DIG Ajay Sahni, DM Manish Bansal apprised the Chief Minister of the situation in the district. In the meeting, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, taking cognizance of the complaint of District Panchayat President Mangeram Chaudhary, gave a strict warning to the Additional Chief Officer of the District Panchayat Upendra Kumar and directed him to improve. He said that if there is no improvement in the working system in 10 days, strict action will be taken against him and instructed him to work in coordination with the District Panchayat President. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath reached Saharanpur Police Line at around 12 noon where he was welcomed by former minister Dr. Dharm Singh Saini, former minister Sanjay Garg, former MLA Naresh Saini, former MLA Jagpal Singh, District Magistrate Manish Bansal, SSP Rohit Singh Sanjwan. Earlier, at Sarsawa airport, prominent BJP leaders Amit Gagneja, Melaram Panwar, Krishnalal Arora, Vijay Maheshwari, Hemant Arora, Commissioner Dr. Hrishikesh Bhaskar Yashod and DIG Ajay Sahni welcomed the Chief Minister by presenting flowers to him. From there he went to Saharanpur Police Line by helicopter and after completing his programs in Saharanpur, he left for Muzaffarnagar by helicopter at around 3:15 pm. Where he took feedback from the public representatives and officials of the party regarding the Meerapur assembly seat.
