Saharanpur. Under the chairmanship of District Magistrate Saharanpur Manish Bansal and in the presence of Senior Superintendent of Police Rohit Singh Sajwan, decisions were taken on the necessary arrangements for security in Government Medical College in his office room. DM Manish Bansal said that along with the deployment of additional security personnel at the entry and exit gates of Government Medical College, CCTV cameras will also be installed. He directed the Additional District Magistrate Administration, SP Rural and Principal Government Medical College to jointly inspect the college and identify the location of CCTV cameras and lights as per the need and provide a report with recommendations so that appropriate steps can be taken for the safety of women. Senior Superintendent of Police Rohit Singh Sajwan said that 112 PRB will be deployed at the main gate of Government Medical College, which will visit the medical college campus at night and ensure security arrangements. Along with this, a police post and a control room will be made in the medical college campus which will operate 24x7. Additional District Magistrate Administration Dr. Archana Dwivedi, Principal Government Medical College Dr. Sudhir Rathi were present in the meeting.
