The national executive meeting will highlight the 'achievements' of PM Modi's 9-year tenure as prime minister and the landslide victory in Gujarat. At the same time, discussions and planning will be done regarding the elections in which BJP has been defeated. Elections will be held in 10 states, these will be discussed
According to sources, there will be a meeting of BJP office bearers at the BJP headquarters on 16 January. After that there will be a meeting of the National Executive in NDMC. BJP National President's speech and political discussion will be held on the 10 states where elections will be held, such states are- Nagaland, Tripura, Mizoram, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Telangana, Karnataka, Chhattisgarh and Karnataka and Jammu and Kashmir.
Nadda's term ends on January 20
Significantly, in the meeting of BJP's national executive in Delhi, there is a possibility of agreeing to extend Nadda's tenure as president. Sources said that Nadda's term is ending on January 20 and he may be asked to continue as president till the next Lok Sabha elections due to no elections in the organisation.
