Saharanpur, After voting, assembly wise EVMs have been deposited in the Central Warehouse located on Janta Road. After this the central warehouse was sealed. Apart from CRPF and PAC personnel, police have also been deployed for security. Surveillance is also being done through CCTV. In the Central Warehouse, EVMs of Behat, Deoband, Rampur Maniharan, Saharanpur Nagar, Saharanpur Dehat, Kairana Lok Sabha Constituency Nakur and Gangoh have been kept in separate halls in the Central Warehouse. These halls have been sealed in the presence of the Election Commission and police-administrative officials. Counting of votes is to take place on June 4. EVMs will remain in three security circles till the day of counting. Of these, the first circle will be of CRPF, the second circle will be of PAC and the third circle will be of Police. The duty of in-charges of all the 21 police stations of the district will be assigned according to the roster on different days. SSP Dr. Vipin Tada said that security arrangements are tight in the central warehouse. CRPF, PAC personnel and police are deployed. CCTV is also being monitored.
