After the violence in Sambhal district of Uttar Pradesh on Sunday, the police has intensified its investigation. The police has identified more than 100 stone-pelters with the help of mobile CCTV and drone cameras. Out of these, 27 accused have been arrested. Some minor boys are also included in this. Meanwhile, the police has made a shocking revelation with reference to the arrested accused. The accused stone-pelters had adopted a terrible trick to avoid the tear gas of the police.

Method to avoid tear gas
Among the accused of violence arrested by Sambhal police, there are three accused who, when caught by the police, had a green lotion applied above and below their eyes. When the police interrogated those arrested accused, those accused told the police that they had applied this green lotion to avoid tear gas. By applying this green lotion, the effect of tear gas on their eyes is reduced.

Three women also arrested

The police have also arrested three women on charges of stone pelting and violence on the police force in Sambhal. In the Sambhal violence case, the police had first registered two separate cases, one of which includes the name of Sambhal MP Ziaur Rahman Warq and Sambhal MLA Iqbal Mahmood's son Suhail Iqbal. After this, the police have registered two separate cases on the complaint of the family members of the four youths killed in the Sambhal violence.
