In fact, the accused who carried out this murder was killed by the police during the encounter. The accused criminal Daksh was a resident of Seelampur, Delhi. The criminal Daksh was killed in an encounter between police and criminals in Sahibabad area on Friday morning. A police sub-inspector has also been injured in this encounter. Let us tell you that on the night of 3rd May, Vinay Tyagi, business head of Tata Steel Pravesh Almira, was murdered in Shalimar Garden police station area. Vinay Tyagi was murdered by accused Daksh and his associates after the robbery on the night of 3 May.

The encounter took place at 5 in the morning
In this case, DCP Trans Hindon Zone Nimish Patil said that at around 5 am on Friday morning, there was an encounter between the police and two bike-riding miscreants in Arthala area of ​​Sahibabad police station area. An accused and a sub-inspector were injured in this encounter. He was immediately sent to the hospital. The miscreant died during treatment in the hospital. He was identified as Akki alias Daksh. He was a resident of Seelampur area of ​​Delhi. He told that this criminal was absconding in the incident of robbery and murder that took place in Shalimar Garden area of ​​Ghaziabad. The mobile phone stolen from the miscreant has also been recovered.

The murder took place on the night of 3 May
Let us tell you that Vinay Tyagi (42), resident of Rajendra Nagar Sector-5, Ghaziabad, was working as a sales head in Tata Steel Company. Usually, he used to reach his home after doing duty by 10 pm, but on the night of 3rd May, Vinay Tyagi did not reach home. When the family members inquired at the office, they came to know that he had gone home by metro after leaving the office in Delhi. After getting down from Rajbagh metro station in Ghaziabad, he was going towards home on foot. On the morning of May 4, his body was found near a ruined house behind the grounds of Khaitan Public School. The family had expressed suspicion that Vinay Tyagi was murdered after a robbery.
