Saharanpur, Bike riders overtaking a truck on Bhagwanpur Road in Gagalhedi of Saharanpur district collided with an oncoming tractor-trolley. One youth died in the accident, while another was injured. According to the information received, Rohit Chaudhary (25) son of Amarjit Singh, resident of Sharda Nagar of Saharanpur district and his friend Charanjit Singh son Monu were going to Haridwar late at night on a bike. As soon as they reached near Hariabas on Bhagwanpur Road, while trying to overtake the truck, they collided with an oncoming tractor-trolley. Rohit died on the spot in the accident, while his friend Charanjit Singh was seriously injured. On receiving the information, the police also reached the spot. The injured was admitted to the district hospital. The police have taken the tractor-trolley into custody and taken the driver into custody.
