Food grains lifting from Food Corporation of India and its reach to fair price shop should be ensured without any hindrance

Saharanpur, In the sequence of instructions given by the Chief Minister, a meeting was held in the new auditorium located in the Collectorate under the chairmanship of District Magistrate Dr. Dinesh Chandra regarding the lifting and distribution of food grains under single stage transport system. In the meeting, District Magistrate Dr. Dinesh Chandra directed that food grains lifting from Food Corporation of India and its reach to fair price shop should be ensured without any hindrance. He said that if there is any problem in reaching the shops in single stage, then the said arrangement should be approved by the Divisional Food Controller. Dr. Dinesh Chandra directed that the deployment of nodal officer should be ensured at the shops of fair price sellers, who will ensure physical verification of food grains at the shops before distribution of food grains. Apart from this, distribution of food grains should be ensured in the presence of the supervisory officer. On this occasion, District Supply Officer Manish Kumar, Deputy RMO RP Patel along with Supply Inspector and Sub-Inspector were present.
