Security forces have killed two terrorists on the LoC in Baramulla, Jammu and Kashmir. The army has foiled an infiltration attempt near the LoC.

According to the Indian Army, on April 23, two to three terrorists tried to infiltrate through the Sarjiwan general area in Baramulla, they were challenged and stopped by alert TPS on the LoC, after which the army opened fire.

The terrorists also responded. There was heavy firing between security forces and terrorists, after which two terrorists were killed. A huge cache of weapons, ammunition and other war-related items has been recovered from the killed terrorists. The operation is still underway.
