4 Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorists surrounded
An encounter is going on between security forces and terrorists in Basantgarh area of Udhampur in Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday. According to the information received, 4 heavily armed terrorists of Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) terrorist group are trapped in the area. They have been surrounded by security forces.

Giving information on the matter, the Defense spokesperson said that based on special intelligence information, a joint search operation was launched in Kathua and the terrorists were surrounded on the Kathua-Basantgarh border. Police said that the area has been cordoned off and a few rounds of firing have also taken place from both sides.
