Atul Subhash's family is disappointed when his wife Nikita, mother-in-law and wife's brother got bail in the Bangalore engineer Atul Subhash suicide case. Atul Subhash's father Pawan Kumar Modi said that they have been granted bail under the legal process, but they should not have been granted bail. We are worried about our grandson. Where is he?

Atul Subhash's father said that we have received some information about the grandson from the Karnataka Police. We have been told that the grandson is in a boarding school in Faridabad. He was admitted here at the age of three. This is illegal. The child will be four years old now. He was admitted in January 2024. He was admitted to a residential school at the age of less than three years. His father's name has also not been given. Mother's photo has been put in place of father's photo. This is completely fake.

He said that Nikita has no love for her child. She is using him as an ATM to extort money. Even now she has taken bail by using the child as a weapon.

Atul Subhash's brother Vikas Modi said that we will go to the High Court against the bail order of Nikita Singhania and her family members and if necessary, we will also knock the doors of the Supreme Court. I want to know why the court is in such a hurry for the death certificate? If you look at the certificate, there is no seal on it and three signatures have been made on a clean paper. We also do not know whether those signatures are real or not. Questions arise on its authenticity.

Atul Subhash suicide case

Atul Subhash, a resident of Samastipur in Bihar and Nikita Singhania, a resident of Jaunpur district of UP, got married in the year 2019. A few days after that, there was a rift between the two over many matters. After this, both of them also made rounds of the court for divorce. Atul Subhash committed suicide on 9 December 2024, alleging large-scale harassment from Family Court judge Rita Kaushik and in-laws.

Singhania family was arrested on 14 December

After Atul Subhash's suicide, on 14 December, his wife Nikita Singhania was arrested from Gurugram in Haryana and mother-in-law Nisha Singhania and brother Anurag Singhania were arrested from Prayagraj in Uttar Pradesh. After this, all three were brought to Bangalore, where after being produced in the court, they were sent to judicial custody for 14 days. On Saturday, the Bangalore City Civil Court accepted the petition of the accused Singhania family and granted bail to Atul Subhash's wife Nikita Singhania, mother-in-law Nisha Singhania and wife's brother Anurag Singhania.
