Merta Road, Nagaur District Collector Arun Kumar Purohit reached Merta City at 5 pm today. After the announcement of sub-district hospital in the budget announcement, the collector observed the norms and proposals including the availability of land in the community health center. After this, the District Collector also planted saplings in the Derani pond premises.

District Collector Purohit, who reached Merta from Nagaur, inspected the community health center along with Sub-Divisional Officer Poonam Choyal, Municipal Executive Officer Pawan Meena and other officials. Let us tell you that in the budget presented by the state government recently, the CHC of Merta city has been upgraded to a sub-district hospital. Now, regarding the exercise of sub-district level hospital here, the collector observed the CHC regarding important things.

He spoke to the Acting Chief Block Medical Officer Dr. R. K Tanwar, Dr. O.P. Inani, Dr. Daulatram Chaudhary, after seeing the physical condition of the land located in the campus for the sub-district hospital, building construction, took information from the doctors about the efforts made so far. After this, the District Collector held a meeting of block level officers and reviewed the departmental schemes including Sampark Portal, PFI.

Plants planted in Derani Sarovar Oran, watered

After this, the District Collector planted saplings in the ancient and traditional water source of the city, Derani Sarovar Oran, giving the message of environmental protection in view of the monsoon season. Along with this, the plants were also watered. Collector Purohit said that after reaching Merta, a review was taken regarding the budget announcement made by the Rajasthan government. After the Merta Hospital CHC became a sub-district hospital, an observation has been made regarding the issue of land. A discussion has also been held regarding the preparation of a proposal for the expansion of the agricultural produce market, and the efforts of Merta Road Municipality.
