Patna, the big news of this time is coming from Delhi where BJP has announced its candidate for Rajya Sabha. Senior Supreme Court lawyer Manan Kumar Mishra, a resident of Patna, has been made the Rajya Sabha candidate by BJP. JDU has made Upendra Kushwaha its candidate.

Let us tell you that a meeting was held with BJP leaders at the residence of Union Minister Amit Shah regarding the by-elections to be held on 10 Rajya Sabha seats in 7 states. In which the names of candidates for Rajya Sabha were discussed. A day before the last day of nomination, today BJP has made Bar Council of India Chairman Manan Kumar Mishra its candidate.

JDU has made Rashtriya Lok Morcha National President Upendra Kushwaha its candidate. NDA has announced the names of candidates for two Rajya Sabha by-election seats today. Manan Kumar Mishra and Upendra Kushwaha will file nomination papers on the last day on August 21.
