Family members say that late night on the day of Rakshabandhan, brother-in-law and two other friends had taken liquor from the son of wine businessman Naval Rai about 100 meters away from the house and had a liquor party on the railway track. As soon as everyone reached after consuming the liquor, bleeding started from everyone's mouth. After the bleeding, the family immediately admitted him to a private hospital in Hajipur from where he was immediately referred to Patna PMCH.

It is being said that the private hospital in Hajipur refused to admit him. Where Manoj Rai, a resident of Majhauli village, died on Thursday late night. The condition of his brother-in-law and two other friends remains critical. The SP said that till now there has been no talk of poisonous liquor, but it has come to light that a young man has died due to eating some intoxicating substance.
