These teachers who do not reach the schools on time are often seen passing time in the principal's room or staff room after signing. After spending an hour or two, these teachers disappear from the schools doing whatever they want. Despite this trend continuing for a long time, the education officers of seven districts and the school education department at the government level are sitting idle. Occasionally, the DEOs inspect schools in remote areas and are limited to fulfilling their responsibilities. Now, in such circumstances, how can the future of thousands of children studying in government schools be bright? The question arises that why do the District Education Officer and the School Education Department show leniency towards teachers who pass time? Due to strict action at the government level, the morale of the teachers who do whatever they want remains high. Due to the gross negligence of the responsible people, anarchy has prevailed in most of the government schools of Vindhya region. The serious thing is that in this direction, the collectors of the districts are also limited to running paper horses in meetings.

No control on teachers who do politics...?

The school education department is also not far from the grip of politics. Many types of teachers' organizations are active in Madhya Pradesh, whose office bearers do not consider it their responsibility to go to schools in large numbers and teach children. The condition of the government schools where the leaders are posted is even more serious. No one has control over the leaders-like teachers who always keep pressure on the school principals. On the strength of their organizations, the teachers do not even refrain from showing the mirror to the District Education Officer. It is said that to pass time in schools, a large number of teachers prefer to stay under the shelter of their favorite teachers' organization. The District Education Officer does not even try to control the leaders. Overall, the future of the government schools operating in the regional areas of seven districts and the children studying there is completely at the mercy of God.
