A similar incident was seen in Naogaon last night, when a person from Virendra Colony reached the police station at night and told the HCM (Head Munsi) there that my brother had locked himself in a room and said angrily I am going to die. Acting on the information, the police force reached the spot by giving information to the city inspector. When the police arrived, the person was already hanging, so the police broke the gate and saved his life. He had taken this step in separation from his wife and children. Ramratan Ahirwar, a resident of Virendra Colony, reached Naugaon police station on the night of 24.05.23 and told HCM (Head Munsi) Pramod Sharma that my brother got angry and locked the gate of the room from inside and was saying that I would die. Brother expressed the apprehension of an untoward incident. Head Munsi Pramod Sharma informed the station in-charge Deepak Yadav about the incident. The station in-charge immediately spoke to SDOP Naugaon, Mr. Chanchalesh Markam in this regard. Information about the incident was given by Mr. Markam to Mr. Superintendent of Police, Chhatarpur, Mr. Amit Sanghi, Additional Superintendent of Police, Mr. Vikram Singh, and after receiving the necessary guidelines, the police immediately dispatched the police team. * Head constables Jai Kumar, Govindra from the police team Das, constable Brajlal when they reach the spot, the room was locked from inside. The person locked in the room was Arvindra Ahirwar. When the police shouted loudly, he did not respond, due to which the police entered inside by breaking the lock of the gate, then the person was hanged. Then the three policemen and the brother sensibly raised him from the bottom and cut the noose by asking for a knife from the kitchen. Due to which that person's life was saved.

Trapped in separation from wife and children

When Arvindra Ahirwar regained consciousness, he was told that his wife had gone to her maternal home since 4-5 days. She took my five children and she is not coming back. Neither was picking up my phone, so I wanted to commit suicide. The police force brought him to the police station, station in-charge Deepak Yadav made the person sit in the room for an hour and made him understand and his wife and children were called from his maternal home. He accepted his mistake and promised not to make such a mistake again. Husband-wife and children went home safely. *Police immediately acted on the information given by Ramratan, the younger brother of the person who committed suicide. Had there been a delay of even a few minutes, the person's life could have been lost. The Superintendent of Police, Chhatarpur, Mr. Amit Sanghi has announced a suitable award for the said team.
