On which day is Guru Pradosh Vrat?
According to the Panchang, the Trayodashi date of Shukla Paksha of Ashadh month will start on July 18 at 8:44 pm. This date will end the next day on July 19 at 7:41 pm. Based on the Puja Muhurta of Pradosh, Guru Pradosh Vrat will be observed on July 18. This fast is on Thursday, hence its name is Guru Pradosh Vrat.
Guru Pradosh Vrat 2024 Muhurat
On the day of Guru Pradosh Vrat, you will get only 39 minutes of auspicious time to worship Lord Bholenath. The auspicious time for Shiva Puja is from 8:44 pm to 9:23 pm.
Guru Pradosh Vrat in Brahma Yoga and Jyeshtha Nakshatra
On July 18, there is Brahma Yoga and Jyeshtha Nakshatra on the day of Guru Pradosh Vrat. On that day, Shukla Yoga is only till 6:13 am. After that, there will be Brahma Yoga, which will last till 4:45 am on July 19. On that day, Jyeshtha Nakshatra is from morning on the day of fast till 3:25 am on July 19.
