Wear clothes of these colors for 9 days of Navratri
First day
On the first day of Navratri, Ghatasthapana is done and Maa Shailputri is worshiped. The color of Maa Shailputri is white and white color is considered the most dear to her. Therefore, it is considered very auspicious to worship Maa Shailputri by wearing white clothes on the first day of Navratri.
Second day
