Damoh, Swachhta Pakhwada is being organized in the state from 17 September to 02 October under the Swachhta Hi Seva campaign from the birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, under this today, District Panchayat President Ranjita Gaurav Patel and Collector Sudhir Kumar Kochar along with public representatives and people from voluntary organizations, organizations and citizens did the work of cleaning, washing and painting of beds in the district hospital. On this occasion, CMHO Dr. Mukesh Jain, Civil Surgeon Dr. Rakesh Rai, Gaurav Patel, Monty Rackwar, Dheeraj Kumar City Chief, Narmada Singh Ekta, Krishna Patel, Santoshi Patel, senior journalist Azam Khan, Indrajeet Arora, other social organizations, voluntary organizations and common citizens were present.
On this occasion, District Panchayat President Ranjit Gaurav Patel said that cleanliness is service, all the people have taken a pledge to make clean Damoh beautiful, we should also bring this in our values. Swachhata Pakhwada is being run from 17 September to 2 October, the birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, we should keep cleaning continuously and not only till 2 October. Today everyone did three works in the hospital, which included cleaning, washing and painting of the beds that have become damaged. All the organizations and children together have taken up the task to make the district hospital clean and beautiful.
She said that many youths consume gutkha, due to which the youth are becoming victims of gutkha, due to which they are at risk of getting cancer. Mrs. Patel has urged everyone not to spit after eating gutkha in hospitals, temples and other public places, today the most gutkha spit was seen in the hospital, everyone is requested to avoid it.
Collector Sudhir Kumar Kochar said that social organizations of Damoh and the aware citizens of this place participate in Shramdaan and Manav Seva activities every Sunday, this was our 16th consecutive Sunday, the program started here from 9th June and after that the program is going on continuously. Today in this connection the district hospital was selected, three components were taken in the district hospital, the first is cleaning under which the entire area near the Rain Basera complex has been cleaned, it was a black spot which will be converted into a green spot within the next week. People have attended the place in large numbers and done the cleaning.
