Saharanpur, District Magistrate Manish Bansal inaugurated divisional level mega workshop at Government Industrial Training Institute under Mukhyamantri Yuva Udyam Vikas Abhiyan Yojana. Deputy Commissioner of Industries appealed for cooperation from IIA and Laghu Udyog Bharati organizations of Saharanpur district to guide the youth setting up new industries. District Magistrate Manish Bansal told the youth present in the workshop that there is a favorable environment for investment in the state. Young men and women interested in various trades educated and trained in Mukhyamantri Yuva Udyam Vikas Abhiyan (Mukhyamantri Yuva) Yojana should apply as much as possible and become entrepreneurs of the future. This scheme will prove to be a milestone in the development of the state in future. If any applicant faces any problem at any level in this scheme, then the problem will be resolved soon. DM Manish Bansal instructed the district level officers present that this big campaign of employment generation should be made 100% successful and the district should be established among the leading districts so that every youth of Saharanpur can become self-reliant. Chief Development Officer Sumit Rajesh Mahajan, while addressing the youth, said that to realize the resolution of the Chief Minister, there are immense possibilities of employment generation in the district under the Chief Minister Yuva Udyami Vikas Abhiyan (Chief Minister Yuva) scheme. He said that the youth are expected to apply as much as possible under this scheme and establish their employment and also provide employment to other people.
Joint Commissioner of Industries Mrs. Anju Rani, while giving detailed information about the scheme in her address, requested the women to make their skills a means of employment, so that they can play an important role in the development of the nation along with their family through economic self-reliance.
The workshop was organized in two sessions. In the first session, various subject experts from Samadhan Samiti Lucknow provided information to the present entrepreneurs and members of industrial organizations, departmental officers and young men/women about the outline of the Chief Minister's Youth Entrepreneur Development Campaign Scheme (Chief Minister's Youth), the process of application, technical knowledge and project report, marketing, raw material etc. through detailed presentation through PPT and video. On this occasion, training certificates of 20 trainees trained under the Prime Minister Vishwakarma Scheme and 40 trainees trained in various trades of Vishwakarma Shram Samman Yojana were also distributed. In the second session, sisters of the self-help group run by the National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM) department, women entrepreneurs, who are especially interested in industrial/service activities, were specially invited. Various subject experts from Lucknow, Samadhan Samiti Lucknow provided detailed information about the outline of the Chief Minister's Youth Entrepreneur Development Campaign Scheme (Chief Minister's Youth), the process of application, benefits of the scheme etc. About 500 young men and women trained in various trades from Saharanpur, Muzaffarnagar and Shamli were registered in the workshop.
On this occasion, Chief Development Officer Sumit Rajesh Mahajan, Joint Commissioner of Industries, Mrs. Anju Rani, Deputy Commissioner of Industries, V.K. Kaushal – Leading Entrepreneur, Anoop Khanna – President – IIA, Saharanpur Chapter, Assistant Commissioner of Industries, Dr. Banwari Lal were present.

On this occasion, after becoming aware of the problems raised by the traders, he instructed the concerned officials to resolve them in a quality manner.
In view of preventing the problem of jam, District Magistrate Manish Bansal instructed to identify the people who set up fruit and vegetable carts on the road in front of the shops on Sabzi Mandi bridge and take action to challan them. Gave instructions to fully start all the CCTV cameras installed by the Municipal Corporation. DM Manish Bansal instructed to get the damaged street light on the road going from Clark Hotel intersection to Civil Hospital repaired as soon as possible. He instructed the Municipal Corporation to prepare an estimate and send it to the Electricity Department for shifting the transformer installed at Tota Chowk. He instructed that all the officers should bring a written report on the points to be discussed in the meeting as well as submit it to the meeting. On this occasion, Superintendent of Police City Abhimanyu Manglik, Joint Commissioner State Tax Amit Pathak, Additional City Commissioner, Harpal Singh Verma, Nusrat Sabri, Ramesh Arora along with other businessmen and officers of the concerned department were present.
