Deoband | Saharanpur, Election Commission organized a special camp at all the booths of the city to include the names of voters who have completed 18 years of age in the electoral roll. Special Brief Revision-2025 program was organized at Government Girls Inter College. During this, SDM Deepak Kumar and Tehsildar Pushpankar Dev gave information about Form-6 for inclusion of name in the voter list, Form-7 for deletion of name and Form-8 for amendment. During this, BLOs reached the voter booths at all the voter booths in the city and rural areas. However, due to lack of much information, only a small number of voters reached the booths on the first day. SDM Deepak Kumar said that voters can reach their voter booths on different dates till November 28 and inspect the rolls and get their names added and amended. Said that this process is offline as well as online. It was told that special camps will be held on 9th and 10th November and 23rd and 24th November, while new voters can contact BLO till 28th November and get their names added to the voter list after attaining the age of 18 years by taking the relevant form. Along with amendment, name can also be shifted from the list.
