Saharanpur, Under the direction of District Magistrate Manish Bansal and under the guidance of Additional District Magistrate (V/R) Rajneesh Kumar Mishra, District Disaster Management Authority and 8th Battalion NDRF Ghaziabad team organized a public awareness program FAMEX on the subject of disaster risk reduction at the District Women's Hospital. On this occasion, NDRF Sub Inspector Vinod Kumar and his team informed the villagers about disaster risk reduction measures and provided training on useful techniques for protection from various types of disasters so that life and property can be protected by saving oneself or other persons/family safely during emergency.
Chief Medical Superintendent Dr. Indra and all the doctors, para medical staff, disaster expert Pankaj Kumar Mishra and other officials of the Women's Hospital were present in the program.
