Shajapur, Vighnaharta Shri Ganesha was installed in every house from streets and intersections. The markets were also very lively due to the arrival of Mangalmoorthi. Some people came with their families to take Mangalmoorthi home from the shops in Bada Chowk, while some also took care of the children's choice. On the other hand, the members of the committee took the idols to the pandals dancing and singing to the tune of the band. On Saturday, the time from morning to evening was spent in the worship of Ganaadhipati and Maha Aarti. Similarly, special worship and prayers were organized in the local Ganesh temples on the day of Gajanan's incarnation. It is worth mentioning that this year too the effect of inflation is being seen everywhere. This is the reason that the prices of everything from idols to modaks and worship materials have increased compared to last year. Despite this, people bought all the essential items in large quantities. Gajanan idols were installed in more than 100 pandals in the city. Along with Ganesh installation, the regular morning and evening worship of Gauri Putra will continue for the next 10 days. Modaks and Laddus sold in large quantities. On Ganesh Chaturthi, the favorite laddus and modaks of Vignaharta were purchased in large quantities in the market. Hotel operators had made special preparations for Ganesh Chaturthi. The hotel businessman said that the laddus and modaks offered to Mangalmoorthi were sold at prices ranging from Rs. 160 to Rs. 350 per kg. The prices are higher than last year, but this did not make much difference to the customer base.
