Teacher candidates of Bihar are demanding to re-implement the domicile policy in the teacher reinstatement process. For this demand, teachers from all over the state have gathered at Gandhi Maidan in Patna on Saturday. A large number of teacher candidates who reached Gandhi Maidan are preparing for the Raj Bhavan march from here. The candidates had already warned the state government in this regard.
However, during this time, a large number of policemen have been deployed from JP Golambar to Dak Bungalow Chauraha near Gandhi Maidan. Along with this, a riot control van has also been deployed on the spot to deal with the situation of uproar. Police will try to stop teacher candidates at JP Golambar. However, the candidates will reach from the other end at the Dakbungalow square as well. In such a situation, a scuffle has also started between the police and the candidates near Gandhi Maidan.
However, at present the candidates are not being allowed to come out of Gandhi Maidan. The administration has closed all the gates of Gandhi Maidan. But, the teacher candidates are not ready to accept and are continuously trying to get out. Teachers are continuously raising their voice regarding their demands and are also shouting slogans against the state government and Education Minister Professor Chandrashekhar. Police officers are constantly trying to convince the candidates. However, the candidates are also demanding the removal of the Education Minister. During this, a situation of severe jam has arisen near Gandhi Maidan.
Let us tell you, meanwhile, the education department has ordered action against the teachers. In fact, the education department has spoken of action on the agitation for the reinstatement of teachers. The Primary and Secondary Director has issued instructions in this regard to all RDDEs and DEOs. Videography will be done of the agitators in front of the office.
