UPI transaction of Rs 1 lakh done from the mobile seized from the accused of murder
Now the police is saying this
Khagaria, a transaction of Rs 1 lakh was done from the UPI of the mobile seized by the police in Khagaria. Now the police is washing its hands of the matter by saying that it was the handiwork of a hacker. Whereas the mobile from which the UPI transaction was done has been seized by the police. In such a situation, Khagaria police seems to be surrounded by questions. Actually, last month, Rajdham PACS President Varun Kumar Singh of Maheshkhunt was murdered. After this incident, the police arrested Jaiprakash Chaurasia, a resident of Bichli Toll of Maheshkhunt police station area and his son Neeraj Kumar in this case as per the call details of the deceased. The police made this arrest a few hours before the incident on the basis of a call from the mobile of the accused Neeraj to the mobile of the deceased. Blood stained clothes and three mobiles were seized from his house. The mobile number of the accused 6205524818 was also in this seized mobile.
How did the money go from the seized mobile
It is worth noting that the accused Neeraj Kumar and his father were arrested by the police on the midnight of January 2. After which Neeraj was sent to jail by the police on January 3. Whereas his father Jaiprakash Chaurasia was released. After this, on the next day, January 4, a UPI transaction of one lakh was done in his father's account from the seized mobile of Neeraj who was sent to jail. If Gogri SDPO Ramesh Kumar is to be believed in the case, no duplicate SIM has been found in the seized mobile. Meaning the transaction was done from the mobile seized with the police. Whereas the SDPO says that this transaction was done by a hacker. Now the question arises that if a hacker did the transaction from the mobile, then how did that amount reach the accused's father's account.
Why was it sent to the father's account?
The biggest question in this case is that why was the money sent from the mobile seized with the police to the accused's father's account? How did the money reach his father's SBI account number 31071695396 from the mobile UPI of accused Neeraj. This is a question that can create problems for the police. The question is also being raised whether money was sent from the seized mobile to the father's account to release the accused's father.
Now the police is left with the responsibility
In this case, Khagaria police is trying to avoid questions. When SDPO Ramesh Kumar was asked a question about this by Amar Ujala, he became very uncomfortable. He said that he has given information about this. Whereas the SDPO said that the transaction has been done from Neeraj's mobile's UPI. He says that there is no confirmation of removing any other SIM in the mobile's CDR. In such a situation, the transaction must have been done by a hacker. If the SDPO is to be believed, there is no confirmation of any OTP in the mobile CDR. When he was asked that in UPI transaction, UPI PIN is entered and not OTP, he kept quiet.
Accused Neeraj's father is also involved
Let us tell you that before the murder of deceased PACS president Varun Kumar Singh, on 30 December last year, Rs 125550 was RTGSed to the account of murder accused Neeraj. Deceased's wife Rita Devi alleges that accused Neeraj's father is also involved in her husband's murder. The police has let him go. The wife has given an application to senior police officers and demanded a serious investigation into this matter.
