After the investigating officer issued an NBW from the Hon'ble Court against Malkit Singh, son of Guru Sewak Singh, resident of Adarsh Colony, Rudrapur, Udham Singh Nagar, due to the accused's continued absconding, the accused remained absconding to evade the police and avoid prosecution despite repeated raids by police. Against whom, an order for issuing proclamation has been issued by the Hon'ble Court under Section 84 BNSS, in compliance of which order, if the accused does not surrender before the Hon'ble Court or the police regarding the proclamation by going to his house today on 19.07.2026, following the rules of Section 84 BNSS, then as per the order of the Hon'ble Court, the house of the accused will be confiscated.
