Deoband, Mobile phone distribution ceremony was organized under Swami Vivekananda Yuva Sashaktikaran Yojana Digital India at Deoband, Doon Hills Institute of Management and Technology and Doon Hills Academy. In which the chief guest was Vipin Garg, Chairman Municipality Deoband, Arun Gupta BJP Municipal President, Ankit Rana Councilor, Ajay Jain, Vaibhav Aggarwal, Sonit Kashyap, former Councilor Vinay Kuchhal, K.P. Singh, Kuldeep Kumar etc. were included. Vedic mathematics competition was organized in the programme. The students competed in their calculations and handwriting skills and received great appreciation and encouragement in this support.

In the senior and junior categories of the competition, Brahmagupta team and Shridharacharya team stood first, Radhanath Sikdar team, Radhanath Sikdar team stood second and Aryabhatta and Bhaskaracharya team stood third. Mobile phones were distributed by the guests under Digital India in the function. Also, Arihant Jain, Founder of Brain Boostable was also involved in organizing the Vedic Mathematics competition. Chairman of the college, Dr. Pradeep Verma said that the event encouraged new and latest processes in the field of education and was a step towards Digital India. The main objective of this event was to promote innovation and development in the field of education and technology, which can prove to be an important step towards a prosperous future.
