Mirzapur police station of Saharanpur district today arrested two accused of gang rape, Afzal son of Saeed and Javed son of Sajid, residents of village Maganpura police station Mirzapur and presented them in the court from where they were sent to jail. CO Behat Shashi Prakash Sharma and police station in-charge Manoj Chaudhary said that on the night of April 30, four youths Afzal, Javed, Faizan and Sabir had picked up the minor girl from her house, taken her to a secluded place and raped her one by one. Two accused Faizan and Sabir are still absconding.

According to the police, the victim had recorded her statement in the court under sections 164 and 161 and accused the four youths. The police had also got the medical examination of the victim done. According to the police, the victim's parents were not at home on April 30. The main accused Afzal son of Saeed is also accused of making objectionable photographs of the victim public. On the complaint of the victim's father, the police had registered a case against the four youth under sections of POCSO Act and rape. Within a week, the police arrested two accused involved in the incident.
