Vaishali, the troubles of Munna Shukla, who was RJD candidate from Vaishali seat in Lok Sabha elections, and his family are not decreasing. Now the police of Sadar police station has filed a chargesheet in the court against RJD candidate Munna Shukla, former MLA and his wife Annu Shukla, who was the candidate of Lalu Prasad Yadav's party RJD from Vaishali Lok Sabha seat.

Actually, RJD candidate and strongman leader Munna Shukla and his wife are accused of arriving with people armed with weapons to occupy a disputed land in Bibiganj area. During this, a lot of ruckus was created. Now a chargesheet has been filed under these allegations. The police has said that now they are waiting for the court's action. This has increased their troubles.

According to the information, in the year 2007, on 29th November, an FIR was filed by lawyer Amitabh Gupta against RJD candidate Munna Shukla, Annu Shukla and 40-50 unknown people in this case. After that, an investigation was done in this case. After getting the evidence in this case, now Inspector Ramesh Ram has filed a charge sheet.

Sadar Thanedaar Asmit Kumar said that this is an old case, in which a charge sheet has been filed against the accused Annu Shukla and Munna Shukla. The IO has said in the charge sheet that Amitabh Gupta had filed an FIR against both the named accused. The lawyer had alleged that both of them forcefully occupied the plaintiff's land by breaking its boundary 10 feet. The plaintiff demanded to free him.

Sadar Thana Police says that the investigation so far, inspection of the spot, observation of documents, statements of the plaintiff and witnesses and critical comments of senior officers have found the allegations against the named accused Annu and Munna to be true. Let us tell you that, Munna Shukla and Annu Shukla are both free on bail and the police inspector has ordered a chargesheet against both of them. Therefore, a chargesheet is being filed against the named accused Annu Shukla and Vijay Kumar Shukla alias Munna Shukla, residents of Khunzahachak of Lalganj police station in Vaishali district and present address Nayatola of Qazi Mohammadpur police station. So that both the accused can be tried in the court.
