Anuppur, a case has come to light from Ramnagar in Anuppur district where the Deputy Inspector and constables of the divisional transport department were not drunken but two khaki uniformed female employees of the Transport Department of Shahdol division. They abused two young men in the middle of the road in such a way that even the listener would feel ashamed, this incident is presented here in Ramnagar check post of Anuppur district, after the incident with two regional journalists of the area, now its video is going viral on social media. Which is exposing the behavior of these so-called female public servants of the state. Written complaint in Ramnagar police station
While giving a written complaint in Ramnagar police station of Anuppur district, Surendra Pal and Indrapal Yadav told that they are regional journalists of the area. Last afternoon, we were passing near Bartarai check post under Ramnagar police station area for our news collection work, when we saw that two people in plain clothes without uniform were checking the vehicles passing on the road. They stopped us and asked us for the papers of our vehicle, after which we asked them their introduction that who are you people, who are checking the vehicle in civil dress, after our questioning, both the persons went and sat inside the Bolero parked nearby. While leaving, they threatened us and said that you people meet me in Aamadan, I will see you, the Bolero in which both the persons sat had Madhya Pradesh Government written on it. After this, Anuppur RTO in-charge Ritu Shukla and Meenakshi Gokhale came to us, then we realized that perhaps these people in civil dress were not doing illegal extortion at the behest of the RTO. As soon as the two women public servants in khaki dress came to us, they started insulting us, when we told them that madam we are regional journalists of the area, they became more furious and started abusing us and said that we have been insulted in the middle of the road for our profession. The complainants said that strict legal action should be taken against such public servants who are intoxicated with the pride of their uniform and position.
How appropriate is such behavior, be it a journalist or a common man
After watching the viral video of the incident, the question arises that is it appropriate for a public servant to behave like this with a common man in the middle of the road in the name of investigation..? This type of behavior by the RTO department and the employees of the flying squad associated with them has now become a common thing. A few months ago, in a similar manner, an alleged employee of RTO flying squad had spoken indecently to BJP District President Shahdol on phone.
Transport Commissioner suspends transport constable
These two women transport police personnel were continuously creating havoc in Shahdol division and such behaviour with someone or the other was heard almost every day. Yesterday, when the same incident happened with a journalist, unfortunately their black deeds were captured on camera. First, they abused the journalist and then themselves filed a false report in Ramnagar police station. The unfortunate aspect is that the Transport Commissioner has suspended transport constable Ritu Shukla with immediate effect. But why no action has been taken against Transport Sub Inspector Meenakshi Gokhale till now raises a question mark in itself..? While both these women officers are not even eligible to work in a responsible department like the Transport Department, whenever they come out on the streets with their henchmen, they are accused of extortion, on the other hand, abusing everyone from drivers to anyone passing by on the road has become their habit.
Now it will be natural to see that after all, the biggest mastermind of this crime is Meenakshi Gokhale. And the acts of these two women employees are continuously bringing disrepute to the Transport Department and the khaki uniform, in such a situation, the suspension proceedings against only Ritu Shukla are raising questions on the responsible people of the Transport Department.
